Thanks for offering the link to the Cluetrain Manifesto, which I've always felt throws up some conscientious points--all worth considering especially if you're a corporate employee lacking a proper background in the history of Internet and web evolution. The <a href="http://www.cluetrain.com" rel="nofollow">Cluetrain Manifesto</a> describes a future where business is a conversation: two-way communication between business and customers, supply and demand.
